Indoor pool
You are greeted by the sound of the waterfall which flows into the heated indoor swimming pool (30°C); take advantage of the hydro-massage jets to relax or the deckchairs to simply relax.
Sauna / Hammam / Resting area
Sensory showers accompany you during the ritual that you can follow according to your temperament:
- A Finnish Dry Sauna (80°C and low humidity 15%):
The intense sensation of heat relaxes the body and the mind. - A Sanarium (48°C and humidity of 50%):
The water vapor is scented with 100% pure and natural essential oils. Very gradual color variations soothe the mind.
This type of sauna is the alternative to the traditional sauna. - A Hammam, at 45°C and 100% humidity:
This steam bath, in an atmosphere of mist, cleanses your skin deeply and makes it softer. - A resting room with a backlit wall of Himalayan salt stones
The atmosphere of this room promotes letting go and, while being relaxing, the diffused light from the salt stones activates the energizing effect.
