Every morning from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, enjoy a delicious and generous breakfast buffet served in our dining room.
The breakfast rooms and their large south-facing terrace offer an elegant and welcoming setting to start your day off right.
Our breakfast buffet showcases local products, and a portion of our selection is sourced from organic farms. You’ll find a wide selection of hot beverages, fruit juices, assorted breads, pastries, jams, honey, cheeses from local farms, cold cuts, fresh seasonal fruit, and cereals. We also offer several homemade treats, carefully crafted by our Master Pastry Chef.
For your convenience, we can also serve breakfast in your room.
On sunny days, settle in on the terrace and enjoy the first rays of sunshine in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards.
The bar
A true gathering place and haven for relaxation, the Bar du Schoenenbourg invites you to enjoy a pleasant moment in a warm and intimate atmosphere.
As soon as the first rays of sunshine appear, our south-facing terrace welcomes you for a sunny break surrounded by the charm of Alsace. Throughout the day, make yourself comfortable with a glass of fresh fruit juice, a regional white wine, a house cocktail, or a local or international beer.
The Bar du Schoenenbourg is open daily:
- Sunday through Thursday: 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM
- Friday and Saturday: 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM

Every evening, our Restaurant Séquoia invites you to savor seasonal, home-cooked cuisine in elegant, relaxing surroundings. Inspired by local Alsatian produce, our menu features generous recipes revisited with creativity and savoir-faire. Each dish is carefully prepared on site, using fresh produce, to offer you an authentic, gourmet experience.
Our Half-Board option allows you to extend your stay at the hotel, with a different menu every day, designed to combine balance, pleasure and discovery. Every day, our chef composes a unique Half-Board menu based on the inspiration of the moment and fresh seasonal produce.
Vegetarian options are also available, as well as room service for added comfort.
On prior request, our dishes can be adapted to suit specific dietary restrictions.
