Please note that we will no longer be able to accept payments by cheque. In order to ensure a hassle-free experience during your stay, we kindly ask you to make your payments by other available payment methods.
Bank guarantee for your stay
To ensure the security of all our guests and protect our business, we require a bank guarantee for the amount of the stay (remaining balance) + incidentals at the time of check-in. We must also collect postal address if this was not already provided at the time of booking. We would like to thank you for your understanding with this new procedure, which is already a common practice in most hotels, and which will help guarantee peace of mind for everyone.
Indoor pool / SPA opening hours for adults
We are pleased to announce that specific time slots will now be reserved for adults in our indoor pool & SPA. Consequently, children under the age of 16 will only be allowed access to the pool from 8am to 10am and from 2pm to 6pm. We are convinced that this initiative will contribute to optimizing the comfort and tranquility of all, thus offering a more pleasant relaxation experience for everyone.
The outdoor swimming pool remains accessible to children at all times during opening hours.
